Cleanlet bidet installation, made simple
Cleanlet bidet installation is refreshingly simple: the unit fits most existing toilets, connects to the mains, and — unlike most electronic bidets in New Zealand — needs no expensive RPZ valve, because backflow prevention is built in.
Installing your bidet toilet seat
Most people have their Cleanlet up and running in well under an hour — full instructions come with every manual. Here's the whole job.
*All bidets must be installed by a plumber under the plumbing regulations.

Remove the cistern pipe
Disconnect the flexible hose from the cistern tap.

Fit the flexible hose
Fit the supplied "tee" to the cistern tap and reconnect the hose to the cistern.

Connect to your Cleanlet
Using the supplied flexible hose connect the tee to the Cleanlet bidet and turn the cistern tap ON. Check for leaks.

Plug in and go
Plug the bidet into an RCD protected 3-pin socket.
